TraXight™ Achieves International Recognition at CES 2025

In a significant achievement for Korea's ITS industry, bitsensing's TraXight™ solution has been named a CES® 2025 Innovation Awards Honoree in the Smart Cities category. 

This recognition from one of the world's most prestigious technology exhibitions was determined by a panel of industry expert judges who evaluated entries based on engineering, functionality, aesthetic design, and innovation.

TraXight™ represents a comprehensive solution for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), designed to monitor, collect, and manage all aspects of intersection traffic data. 

As a companion solution to bitsensing's existing Traffic Insight Monitoring Sensor (TIMOS) hardware, TraXight™ enhances the capabilities of the already robust TIMOS system. 

The solution excels in visualizing the rich data collected by TIMOS and applies sophisticated radar data analysis to deliver real-time traffic monitoring capabilities.

The system's comprehensive features include capturing critical traffic statistics, problem diagnosis, big data insights, and AI simulation-based signal optimization consulting services for smart cities. 

This recognition at CES 2025 adds to bitsensing's impressive track record of innovation, 

following their previous honors as CES 2022 Innovation Awards Honoree for their 4D Imaging Radar and CES 2020 Innovation Awards Honoree

K-City Network Project: TraXight™ Implementation at Verona's Complex Gateway

A significant milestone in international cooperation has been achieved through the implementation of TraXight™ at Porta Nuova, the historic gateway to Verona, Italy. 

This pioneering project, part of the K-City Network Project by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, 

tackles one of the city's most challenging traffic management scenarios.

Porta Nuova serves as a critical junction where multiple major roads converge, creating a complex traffic environment that requires 

sophisticated monitoring and management solutions. 

The implementation of bitsensing's TIMOS hardware and TraXight™ solution at this intricate intersection demonstrates 

the system's capability to handle highly complex traffic patterns. 

The combined solution effectively monitors and manages multiple traffic flows, offering comprehensive data collection and analysis at this challenging multi-road junction.

The project, completed and activated in summer 2024, is a collaborative effort between bitsensing, the City of Verona (Comune di Verona), and FAMAS SYSTEMS. 

This first-of-its-kind implementation showcases how Korean smart city technology can effectively address 

complex traffic management challenges in historically significant urban areas. 

The TIMOS sensors and TraXight™ system work in tandem to provide detailed insights into the intersection's varied traffic patterns, 

enabling more informed decision-making for this crucial gateway to the city.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has awarded its prestigious Minister's Commendation to Euichul Kim, 

Vice President and Head of Industrial Business at bitsensing.
