ITS Korea-ITS Canada Discuss Future Cooperation Following MOU
2025-11-05
On October 23, ITS Korea and ITS Canada had a virtual meeting to follow up on their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed at the ITS World Congress in Atlanta. The MOU aims to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations in the field of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and future mobility technologies. Building on this foundation, both sides discussed practical ways to turn their shared goals into action — including organizing regular joint webinars, facilitating online business matching for SMEs, and supporting each other’s research and development in areas such as Smart Mobility, Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV), ITS resiliency, and AI-driven solutions.

They also agreed to encourage participation in international ITS events and create opportunities for information exchange through newsletters, workshops, and other collaborative platforms. Both ITS Korea and ITS Canada expressed confidence that this partnership will help their members connect, innovate, and contribute to the global ITS community by promoting sustainable, safe, and efficient transportation solutions.
